    I feel for Mr Price - by the time he finally gets the key to the car it will no longer have an engine. PPX are essentially worthless. Only the preferreds have any value and that assumes a liquidation scenario. The longer Harry Boon and co are in the drivers seat the less there is for anybody else. PPX to go the way of Hastie within 18 months.
