    I think it's pretty obvious that the board did hold out for the best suitor. Luckily for IGR holders SLR just happened to be the first and the best.

    Any holder who is thinking about voting against the takeover would be smart if they sold their IGR shares now and then bought them back for under 30 cents in December.
