no koro, I don't have shares in any hedge fund but nearly all aussies have some of our Super in 'Australian Shares' and since BNB was in all the ASX indices a year ago this hedger used our shares as cover for this year long 'market play', then finally bought into BNB this week thus making a fortune with our shares.
Seems to me we are the suckers because we unknowingly took on the risk when our Super Funds leant out our shares as COVER to the hedge fund to SHORT, for a small fee, without our approval or indeed knowledge.
Let's face it when hedge funds borrow our shares as cover and SHORT that stock they are not trying to drive a stock UP and increase its share price, no, they are trying to DEVALUE our shares!
