As a small time trader i recentliy visted ICASH in sydney just to see if my shares are real and tangable and not just a website, i was more then happy after my vist. but to think of your question that ICP may move base over seas or delist from ASX , this i belive could be true.
plus i am holding for the long term. i recommed vist and see for yourself if your a share holder or not.
