    Austar, SP Telemedia and Unwired recently formed a consortium and plan to apply for government subsidies from the $878 million Broadband Connect program to help finance a hybrid network using both WiMax and ULL infrastructure. The ACCC is excited about the potential of wireless technologies to create infrastructure-based competitors in the regions.

    Looks to me UNW have more cash in bank than they would get for their shares? Something is wrong unless takeover potential
