Wrong, wrong, wrong @hottuna.
I have given 2 examples elsewhere on this board whereby MSB could see it in its own interest to allow Teva to exit. Nothing to do with endpoints or statistician's yes/no reports. Just a simple agreement between contracted parties. Nothing complicated.
