Yuyu, indeed. The shareholders have indeed spoken despite rather underhand tactics to deny a lot of shareholders' of their votes on some technicalities which causes the votes to look a lot closer than it actually was.
Time now for Xin Hua to fall into line. Close analysis would suggest that without Xin Hua's presence,through a bargain basement placement,on the register,the tumultous recent events would not have occurred.
However the outcome, in my view, was for the best. The board has been cleaned up a little though as I stated earlier, more needs to be done in this regard in order for real shareholders' value to be created.
