People who think that renting is better & putting their saving in stock market usually ended up in losing the entire saving overtime. When they retire in their "70s work for life," they will ended up with nothing... no asset... no cash... maybe some super if they don't gamble the super away in the stock market. Renting & stock market gambling is a recipe to poverty.
