Your first sentence is misleading. Nowhere in that article does it say that they are planning to proceed with the CR which was in the works prior to the takeover bid being put forward. They now need to reevaluate, since the conditions of the offer clearly state no additional capital can be raised. Can this thread please be closed and the article posted on another thread if necessary please?
