Well said Mr Delta....there is a positive in every situation. The Nexus case has been historic in Australian corporate history - never before has a takeover offer been rejected over Administration.
If SGH thought we were going away quietly, they've underestimated holders and NBT. We continue our efforts to make sure the media and ASIC are completely engaged with smaller retail shareholders sentiment regarding this deal. We also will keep all parties involved in the transaction accountable for their work, reports and recommendations.
