Well said but when has ASIC acted on behalf of small shareholders?
i honestly believe that the whole system screws the small investors and nobody does anything about it.
its a complete farce from start to finish its okay for all of us to say yes we were right not to accept 2 cents which was a ridiculous offer but in the end we end up with nothing because of blatant corruption and greed but nobody in the positions to do anything does.
its the end of small companies for me and I hope for a lot of us if ASIC had any balls at all they would make a stand here but you all know what a toothless tiger they are ....
