It's only sentiment now, and, that can be changed with a couple of positive announcements from BNB management. I am sure that they will do that in the near future as they will want to prove to the banks and other stakeholders that they can do it. Also, if the banks didn't think that there was no value there, they would not have committed to the extra funds.
