I think before the kwanza permits we will have to complete aquisition of controling stake in Fortitude. At the moment (after longonjo/ucea restructure) we need another 7,750,000 Million shares for a 50.2% interest. I wouldnt be suprised to see an issue of 25+ Million CVI shares to the Angolans who own fortitude, in return we get our controling stake in fortitude. Angolans on as CVI shareholders gets us what we need for the kwanza permits.

The permits CVI are after in Angola arent part of the open bidding process on the Sonangol website and are only available to Angolan companies.
