I recieved a brief email from MS.

In it he stated that we wouldn't see Cityview's name anywhere on any lists, as the permits will first be granted to the Angolans.

So, I assume that Cityview will then issue shares to the angolans (remember Smyth saying that he wanted the angolans as Cityview shareholders) in return for operating ownership of the permits? In doing so, The Angolans maintain a degree of ownership, and stand to benefit from any exploration successs/production ouput.

But who knows, MS may have another creative way to get the Angolans on the register.

I think we are in good hands though and MS will come through with the goods. I'd much rather the deals take a little longer to finalise, ensuring all parties are "reading from the same page" and thus things can progress smoothly from there on in.
