    IN the last week or so Smith and McKee have resigned fromthe board of PMA. In addition the prospectus issued in Feb for a 1 for 1 issue has been withdrawn. So those of us that took up the offer will get our money back. A Mr Pilmer has been appointed to the board.

    Can anyone enlighten us about what exactly is going on.
