So while we're all waiting to hear what the outcome of the big diamond sale will be, can anyone answer this nagging question for me?
Exactly how is the kimberlite exploration JV structured, and why is it a 39% stake in that while it is a 40% stake in SML? Is it an entity separate to our investment in SML? Or is it a licence that SML own a 39/40 fraction (97.5%) of, with the other 2.5% stake held by someone else?
