I definitely dont think its priced in, maybe somewhat, but I would expect a nice rerate, as this project is wrapped and ready to go, the SML is the final piece in the puzzle.
Add to that, the current geopolitical situation, China - US tensions are only going to get far far worse.
The price of NdPr is only going to keep going up, there is plenty of RE concentrate outside China, not a lot of production to oxide/metal.
Add demand and supply !!!!!
China has already shown there hand regarding supply......

Demand is about to explode and supply will be going the opposite way.
Assets like PEK's that are CLEAN AND LEAN are worth a lot more than some of there peers, a LOT more.
The whole picture tells the story.
