"There has been NO shifting of any goalposts"

I beg to differ, PEN announcements, presentations and BRR's clearly display the changing (company) milestone dates.

I agree the NRC never shifted from their guidance and you were right to hold fast on that, the company was wrong to ignore it and I was wrong to believe them.

But they DID shift the goal posts significantly and on numerous occasions.

They would have retained credibility had that merely referred to the NRC timetable and stuck to the flowchart of milestones. Why it was reported as it was is quite beyond me now and we can but speculate on the reasoning.

Suffice now it is all getting closer, yet far from over. I still see the end of the year as very ambitious and see nothing concrete (excuse the pun) to change my view.
