For me it looks like PEN is the first ISR mine to operate (if all goes well) in Wyoming.....which is NOT true.
So, why should NRC or anyone need to re-invent the way things are looked or analysed...
Why are these petitioners request (details in the petition), if all logically and practically make sense
1. did similar petitions happen for other ISR mine license
2. If not what have they come up with that others have not thought about.
Just cannot understand. Looks like these petitioners are well backed by "WHO KNOWs WHO".....
