Many appear to be underestimating the significance of the final SML. As Zubana rightly highlighted, the process involved in getting to this point has been comprehensive. The NRC have established rigorous guidelines to examine each application and these have been fully adhered to. All credit to management for progressing the project during a difficult time in the sector.

The SML is the final regulatory approval which will give a green light to financiers and institutions alike to get on board.

I think tomorrow will be a very big day for PEN if theY can announce receipt of the final SML. Today's a good day to beat the herd and grab a fewc heap, imo!
