Certainly the case with a few rare earth projects around the world.
The CCP would be about 8th in line for a piece of PEK,being the UK, US and EU. I still think the UK Govt have got there fingers all over this project, only my opinion of course, but they take some sort of equity in PEK when licence is granted, its also why I know financing won't be a problem. You just need to follow the crumbs........
