Hopium will not build the mine nor imo will Spinks. The area, specifically where they want the mine is as i believe not wanted by the population. There has in the past been strong political opposition to the SML road blocking it. In Tanz the SML has taken extraordinarily longer than most others. In the meantime EGR delivered really nothing of commercial value. EGR needs new leadership. I hope they do get it up and running but after 10 years one should not be faulted in being a non believer.
