    I think this is a bit over-rated; this experience can be bought. Two key issues are how good is the orebody and what dilution of their project holding are the residents of Bougainville (AKA the BCL shareholders) going to suffer in the financing of the project. One thing - handing over 40% to Caballus at the outset isn't a good start!
