I think it's this simple
I think what we want is a signed agreement between KB and all relevant landowners that lock them in
With that we reapply for the various positions.
I still am shocked by this appeals court decision on landownership... I unsure of the clarification process on this... but is it possible that the landowners reapplication is fait accompli?
