I cannot reconcile your comments (above) with the widerly held views that...

1. Bulk sampling of ore at Eureka has returned an indicative grade range of 8-12g/t excluding any results above 100g/t (approximately 20% of the samples were capped at 100g/t due to being recorded too high a grade).

2. Preliminary costing estimates indicate that mining of the deposit will be extremely competitive and should be highly profitable.

Why might that be I wonder? hmmm!!!!!!!!
