There's no smoke without fire which ever way you look at it.I am thinking the lines of a win win situation,only the judge can rule on a point of law with the evidence portrayed before him, IMHO I think this will go to retender with the judge affirming the law for mining in the si for the future, although this wont make many happy immediately, with the landowners on track for the new tender (only way it will get mined)it will be no problem to get, the question I put out there to holders with knowledge on tenders in this part of the world is "how long after the judges decision for a retender would it be for axiom then to be successful obtaining the new loi" I'm thinking it would be pushed through pretty quick, but how quick?

i cannot for the life of me find avq on the losing end, there might just be a couple of more hurdles to jump first though and some more patients required for the total victory
