    2 months does sound quick,I think the retender is the most straight forward and perhaps easy for the judge to lay down knowing that the right boys will be drilling without the judge SAYING they can.

    If this is the way forward so be it, we don't have to win the court case to actually win which is quite warming, what's a little longer in the sceam of things, we were just an Xmas early last time
