Remember that old banker - Greenspan. He said the US sharemarket was experiencing irrational exuberance with a bubble mentality. That was in 1996 - The NASDAQ and DOW went up a further 150% before deflating. Expectations that we are in something are very rarely true. If market keeps strong while all are saying it will crash will likely watch the market go much higher for longer. Once everyone thinks it is going through the roof that is when the irrational bubble will fall. With the above example a book was written called DOW 36000 or something like that and bang - down she went. My point being is the more you see bubble get out in the press while the markets continue to track higher stay long. As soon as you here someone justifying the eight by sayings it's different this time. Then sellllllllll
