They both have pros and cons of course but I can't see why the market cap. of MTN should be any less than SMM's $100m. Therefore MTN's price should be $2.50 apx. Obviously it will take time for this new company to be accepted by brokers and investors before it attains it's 'true-value'.
It seems poised for a rise tomorrow.
