this does not conclude that the case is over by any means... maybe the TH is a precautionary measure for AVQ to provide an update on the hearing thus far......
not sure why the excitment is so high at this stage or should I say people on HC get excited over predictions they ought to think what might happen on one side off the fence and not think about the other side......
both parties will be back tomorrow??? if the case is over then why wld they be back..... this assumes this complex court case continues......
