I received the findings yesterday. Have my lawyer going over it at present. I have read it once but need to read it about 3 times to get my head around everything. The main thing that affected me was the comingling of funds. Most positive for me will be the return of 150,000 smn's 263,000 rsh and about 25k USD, All held in an IB nominee accounts. Like many, I did request my accounts to be segregated from the Australian branch. The New Zealand branch was liquid at the time the Australian branch was illiquid. That's the main argument.
Few of us are also following through proceedings on Andrew Gibbs (ex NZ CEO), and a couple of his brokers. They will never work in this industry again.
