Razzle "the big question will it allow the price to get away from it when that announcement is made".
I think the price move that took SMN from around 40 cents up to 98 cents on an 'indication' that the approval is early Q4 suggests that the Bot will lose control again.
At the moment there's minimal involvement by Funds groups. When the first approval is announced any Fund wanting a stake will be seeking say 0.5 - 1% (?) = ~ca 500,000 to 1.2 million shares. A few Funds between them could hit the Bot for six!
