Couldn't agree more @InItEarly! To me, Ross has shown exemplary leadership skills in dealing with the board, AEM managers and workers and, of course, the company's shareholders.....not an easy task to do. You must have the right person at the helm for optimal alignment. I trust him and his update announcements.....something that I could never say about the old regime.
I did hope for an update from him after the 15th, but imho, I think we may have to wait for the quarterly before the end of Jan. Here's hoping for a few ticks on the previously mentioned timelines.
