Obviously following instructions to delay? So they invent something, without real purpose. Why the instructions to cause delay occurred? I have no idea.
From some statements from our CEO, he has began to realise this as well. These useless test cost manpower and money, causing him frustration. Time to put Boeing on the backburner. Just keep them warm.
That's why my suggestions to switch focus to Airbus and Embraer came. If we make serious progress in that direction, it may wake up Boeing to the fact that other OEM's will have the tech on offer in their aircraft to buyers. When buyers switch orders away from Boeing they will start paying serious attention.
Not a quick solution at all. But Boeing could keep these delays going for years.
