As evidenced by many investigative reports following numerous fiascos, Boeing needs to undergo a massive culture change to right this ship. Once the pinnacle of engineering, the MacDonald Douglas culture of profit at any cost is well entrenched. Might explain to some extent the issues facing SMN. What are the chances this behemoth will revert to its original ethos, or something closer to.
