It certainly seems poised for a leg-up. I suspect that there are quite a few that have (wisely) sold down SMN over the past year and capitalised on other stocks whilst they patiently Boeing/FAA process. Truth be told, I wish I had of been watching from the sidelines and between now and September appears to be the right time to dollar-cost average in.
