As yet it has nothing to do with the FAA.
As I understand it, Boeing has been the delay & they are now preparing the documentation to be submitted to the FAA. I believe the estimated timing for the submission is about 30th September. It is only then that we will await FAA approval.
The share price purely relates to market perception. Fund managers are likely to wait until FAA approval before committing funds to SMN. The problem fund managers will have is being able to buy a meaningful number of shares without escalating the share price too quickly as many long-term holders will not be selling at low levels.
