Cup & handles patterns don't apply when coming off bottom lows. They form once a sizeable start has been made and the retrace long pause forms the cup low.
Learned in my charting travels. It could still play out but it's not a classical C&H.
A bit of smoke yesterday, lets hope we see some flames soon, otherwise it's just smoke and mirrors.
