    So many posters have no idea what is going on.

    It has been stated more than a thousand times that the pricing is to set at different Tier Levels.

    That is how the pricing structures works when you are the Wholesaler"

    The Wholesale price will be negotiated with the first "Tier 1" airline.
    We already know that the First Mover outside of Delta is United Airlines.

    This price will be negotiated at around $100k per B737 APB application.

    Remember that Delta Airlines have a business interest in every APB sale to any airline acting as a partner with a percentage of every sale.

    The percentage has been stated and if you do not know do some bloody research.

    The price structure is on the airline level of Tier.

    Hence, the price is the price!
