So the Morningstar 70 cents Fair Value appears to be the one that the websites use to say SMN is undervalued. the dilution needs to be factored in due to the Insto Offer and SPP.2 b fair to Chris Stott and Morningstar, SMN is certainly listed in a increasingly toxic high risk jurisdiction with these ever increasing accounting irregularities, poor financial governance practices, poor compliance records, high risk practices like work, health and safety failings, poor money laundering practices, and lack of ASX disclosure compliance. Perhaps it is not SMN to blame but AUstralia and it’s poor governance practises. better make sure FAA does not hear of these problems in Australia as it may take accreditation away.
