Seriously, just look at the chart. * a 4 day pump from 60 to 70c. Then on the 1st Nov a trading halt and a CR announced. Then on 5th Nov details of 52c CR with options attached with the record date 4th Nov. Little doubt that on the 5th,6th and 7th Nov while the SP was above 52c that some shareholders sold enough stock to cover the CR and option. That didn't last long.
Existing shareholder buyers are not going to buy shares on the market at above 52 with no options attached. If they want more shares plus options they will just take up the offer. So a lack of buyers contributes to the SP drop.
The trading halt CR announcement was on the 1st Nov. Six months after that announcement takes us to 1st of May 2025 and that is still in Autumn.
So my 1 in 8 chance of the SP being above 52 is in reference to that date. If no FAA final decision arrives until June (the start of winter) those chances are about right. So delays about news from Boeing taking this next step is seriously influential to the SP for the next 5 months.
