There seems to be not much we can agree on.

I believe there will be some form of flash with FAA approval. As I said in a earlier post where someone thought $3 was likely I was more conservative and thought about 1.60.

Today with MSB they had two announcements with the FDA approval and inclusion in the Nasdaq Biotech index.

SMN has so far received no revenue from CVM's, With FAA approval we in a flash get $2m from Delta for installations already in place. Our first CVM income with no doubt that an airline is willing to pay for it. Because of the help they provided in the development they don't pay the normal price and have no ongoing license fee. What's the normal price per aircraft for other airlines. Are there ongoing licenses fee's attached.

It would be ludicrous for SMN to release any news of what they have already have successfully negotiated with other airlines , before the approval.
That doesn't mean that along with approval that details of our initial supply contracts will take a long time. It's possible that like MSB there could be two announcements on the same day or with a some days separating them. Something like this.

Following the FAA APB approval we are pleased to announce that North-South airlines have agreed to have for their 40 737's with regular scheduled APB maintenance inspections, over a 1 year period, installed with our CVM tech.
We installed an agreed limited number of Delta aircraft prior to approval, hard to imagine that they would not come up with a schedule for the rest of their fleet of 737's.

That would cause an addition to the flurry of the approval announcement.

Management would have been negligent if they hadn't planned for something like this. We have very good management.

If my flash rise target of 1.60 turns out to be an underestimate. Boy would that be hard to take.

We shall see how it plays out. Hopefully before winter sets in. Timing is the biggest unpredictable element.
