I am not sure you really know what you are talking about.
You mention a flash. What really happens is a wave 1, followed by an expected or frequently occurring 61.8% correction, wave 2.
You have previously mentioned an A wave up, B wave down & C wave up. I am sorry but impulse waves are labelled 1,3 & 5 with corrective waves 2 & 4. Each corrective wave usually contains waves A, B & C. That is common usage.
