You said "Trump is going shut down Boeing" I agree with you so I don't know why you are arguing about it. It is either Trump or the FAA's Sean Duffy that will do it and they are unlikely to close it down completely probably orchestrate a merger between McDonnell Douglas Boeing and Lockheed Martin or even Northrop, something like that.
America needs a good effective manufacturer to compete with Europe's Airbus and Brazil's Embraer. So Boeing will be replaced by someone more worthy and they need to get rid of these H1-B Visas for technology migrants into America that were partly responsible for Boeing's demise, the aircrashes like The Ethiopian Airways Flight 302 and the Lionair Flight 610 and the ridiculous MCAS systems.
To be fair, Boeing's 737-800 Max MCAS issues were probably the fault of America's dodgy immigration system and the dodgy technology based H1-B Visas.
