I have followed EBR's progress beyond the charts as well. For the most part of 2024 they seemed to be travelling down the same FDA path that a number of companies I watched experience. However someone in the organisation ( suspect with previous encounters with the FDA) has the pre-empted problem areas that could surface and got the appropriate co-operation from the FDA. That doesn't happen often.
Some of the recent actions already announced show this. The recent charts reflected this.
In the past I would have jumped in recently, but EBR is not an ASX300 stock so I can't buy through my super. I have a selection of other promising stocks in the same category so it a game of pick and chose. I'll wait until they go through the process of inclusion into the ASX300 and go through the usual settling in period before I make a decision.
The FDA is their first hurdle, there are others when you enter the US market, the biggest are the health insurers, hospital systems and dealing with the states. Hopefully that experienced person can again guide them through that process. So I will just continue to monitor them.
We can disagree on SMN flash rises. I see a number of steps with various flash rises with some pullbacks attached, 45 into the $1 zone is a flash rise. There will be other steps along the way with deals signed and then revenue appearing.
I'll put his one to bed once that start paying regular dividends, but that's years down the track.
