Good move and I am sorry you ended up with a loss. I am not convinced there is anything underhand here, just a long wait and poor communication. However I have been listening to the FS Royal Commission on banking and I consider that could be a catalyst for major change in all businesses at board level. Directors and senior managers have had it too good for too long at shareholder expense.Level the field guys!

Perhaps I should use the term Reform rather than change. We shareholders need to make sure we are heard and that means initiating communication "to" companies and speaking with our votes as well.
