Why do you think the company is holding the AGM in Sydney Australia, as opposed to Perth W.A.?
They will be lucky to get 6 investors to attend.
They the directors, will not be challenged by share holders living in W.A. Who have some serious hard questions to be answered in regards to the future of SMN.
The excuse year after year, that our technology is not to blame for the delay, then come out with the truth to the delay in fitting CVM sensors to aircraft?
The signed agreement with Delta? This deal went live in August 2017. It was stated by a director that one area of this agreement is Delta Airlines is to drive this agreement without delays to getting sensors on their aircraft!
15 months on from this agreement we have no sales of a single sensor fitted to any aircraft.
People need to understand that FAA and Boeing may not be holding up the installation of this technology.
That's a question share holders need to ask!
Thinking outside the square, I can guarantee with 100 percent assurance that not one attendee will stare down the directors and get an answer. As always the few that do attend will be in awe, and forget to write down their questions so they do not get distracted by management ques to destroy confidence of all attendees.
