I am talking about buying 20,000 shares now compared with 20,000 rights. That is the comparison.
You do not have to pay for exercising options for 2 years.
20,000 shares now costs $17,000 @ 85 cents
20,000 rights cost $18,000 @ 90 cents but controls 30,000 shares by incorporating the options.
The rights are far more valuable @ 90 cents than the shares now @ 85 cents.
