My simple analysis is that ANY retail shareholder who wants to protect their investment need to vote against ANY resolution put up by Drake or any other American equity group. These groups have a terrible record when it comes to creating and maintaining value for retail investors, and are only interested in themselves.
The damage that Drake has done with all of this garbage should be enough for any shareholder with half a brain to kick them to the curb. I am going to be voting against ANYTHING this mob put up, until they convince me they aren't just another bunch of greedy corporate hacks (or until hell freezes over, whichever comes first).
