Bots are absolutely in control of this at present. I've just made a small top up to make my shares, after the placement, a more even number (yes, I'm a nerd). As soon as I placed my order at 0.69c, order was immediately filled with a few other shares boosting it up to 0.695.
Utterly ridiculous that this can be so manipulated.
